Furniture Design & Procurement

We create inspired and holistic furnishing designs for your project. Our team excels in sourcing pieces that are beautiful, functional, and within your desired budget.

We take care of all the logistics of shopping, customization, purchasing, and installation, and deliver to you an artful, fully realized space.

Exterior Design

We assist you in choosing materials, colors, lighting and any other design elements related to the outside look of your house, thus creating a seamless design that flows inside to out.

We also offer consultation services on landscape architecture designs and hardscape materials and layouts. 

OUR PROCESS

We cater to your specific design needs and work with you to determine the scope of services that your project requires. Outlined here is an overview of how each of the design phases, generally, will break down over the course of a project. 

  • In order to begin the design process, we will meet to discuss your ideas, inspiration and requirements for the project in order to determine the scope of work you wish to have completed.

    We will review all architectural drawings and prepare preliminary design concepts to create a foundation for the direction of the overall design.

  • During this second phase, we will provide options for all finish materials, fixtures and design layouts for the complete design of your project.

    We will present these options to you in a comprehensive manner so that you can fully envision and approve the design elements.

    If your project is a furniture only scope of work, during this phase we source furniture, design custom pieces and present to you fabrics, rug samples, window treatments, and the like.

  • When the designs are approved, we will create all the necessary documentation in order to execute the interior design scope of the project.

  • Westhoven Design will facilitate vendor orders for a defined scope of architectural finishes, fixtures and furniture, as well as, oversee all trades and installations related to the interior design scope of work during and after construction.

    We also provide interior styling and accessorizing.
